1. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms:
All orders require a 50% advance payment to initiate production. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch. Delays in payment may result in delayed shipping timelines.
2. Custom Orders & Production Timeline:
Custom orders will be initiated only after final approval of designs, tech packs, and advance payment. Production timelines may vary based on order complexity and quantity.
3. Shipping & Delivery:
We offer multiple shipping methods including air and sea freight. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or external courier delays. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
4. Returns & Claims:
All products undergo strict quality control. In case of any manufacturing defects, claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment, along with photo/video evidence. We reserve the right to approve or reject claims based on the evidence.
5. Storage Policy for Completed Orders:
Upon completion of production, FortStitch Boxing offers complimentary storage of finished goods for up to 45 days. After this period, if the customer has not paid the remaining balance or arranged for pickup, a storage fee may apply. FortStitch will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration of goods stored beyond the complimentary 45-day period.
6. Delayed Final Payment:
If the customer delays the final 50% payment after production completion, FortStitch Boxing will hold the goods in our warehouse for a maximum grace period of 3 months. After this period, FortStitch reserves the right to dispose of, liquidate, or repurpose the goods without any liability. Risk of damage or quality deterioration during storage lies solely with the customer.
7. Cancellations:
Orders cancelled after production has started will not be refunded. In exceptional cases, FortStitch may offer partial refunds depending on work completed.
8. Intellectual Property:
All designs, samples, and prototypes developed by FortStitch remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
9. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising will be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Efforts will be made to resolve issues amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
